7 months agoWe recently had a child go to both the ICU and the "normal" care rooms. The staff's attention to detail and care toward us and our dilemma was second to none, the parking was manageable, and the security measures in place seemed squared away. The food service provided had many choices to choose from/how to order it; think Trader Joe's but with affordable prices. Not vying for a return trip, but this would be our 1st choice. Highly recommended.

10 months agoWhat a phenomenal hospital. I can not say enough upon the professional attention, warmth, and comfort PCH has provided my son during his time of healthcare. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do.

a year agoThe most amazing care, the most amazing staff. Patient care is number 1! Though insurance might be a pain, itโs not PCHโs fault. We were incredible thankful for the safe place to give us peace of mind! And the food!! Top tier! If we lived closer I would stop for lunch! Thanks to all who were involved in our care!

a week agoDO NOT COME TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM! THEY TRY TO RUN UP YOUR BILL WITH A BUNCH OF UNNECESSARY THINGS! they made my son (2 year old) with a fever wait in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Then took him in and started checking for appendicitis(which isnโt transferable) with an ultrasound machine. I told them my oldest was vomiting and now he is .then they try to get a catheter to start checking for a UTI. I was not gonna let them torture my baby anymore. OMG IM NOT A DOCTOR, HE HAS THE FLU. A SIMPLE SWAB WOULD TELL YOU! They have a bunch of idiots working there in the ER ! This is the last time I will ever step foot on this property.

3 weeks agoNurses are very caring towards children. They made a horrible situation somewhat tolerable. Gave my daughter a doll to play with and a blanket to sleep with. They definitely try to make the overnight stays comfortable and less scary for kids.
