Dr. Mohamed Karawi, DDS

Missed diagnosis. I let the doctor know about a slight pain I was having in one of my molars. He brushed off my concerns and tried to say it was gum sensitivity. He was wrong. I went to a different dentist nearby for a second opinion, and they provided a much more thorough examination of my teeth. They found a crack in the tooth that was causing the pain. Dr. Karawi missed this altogether. It was his attitude of blaming me that rubbed me the wrong way the most though. The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star review, is because for general check/cleaning purposes this dental practice is okay. I'd been here a number of times, and the staff and services were adequate. However, I wouldn't trust this place if you actually need more than a simple cleaning.

Great experience and a great doctor with a lot of knowledge . I have been to five dentists in Arizona in the past couple months none of them took the time to explain like the way he did. Now a days, it’s really hard to find a doctor that have that much of knowledge and take the time to explain every detail like him to be honest . I really appreciate his time and effort, I’m beyond happy with the whole experience I got from him and his staff.I’m so thankful that he made me smile again with no pain ^___^.

I honestly can’t thank Dr. Mohamed enough! This was my first visit to a dentist, and both staff and Dr. Mohamed made it a wonderful experience. They walked me step by step on what to expect regarding my dental work, and a step by step break down on costs. They were attentive and empathetic to my fears and concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Very accommodating and worked with my schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Dr. Karawi has been taking care of my family for a couple years and my young boys always look forward to seeing the dentist so I thought I'd make a switch myself and requested to be seen while they were there! They happily stayed after hours to take my x-rays and give me a great cleaning! Thanks!

Great experience! Dr. Karawi is one if the best Dentists. He is very accommodating, caring and skilled. His staff are also very welcoming and professional.
