a month agoUnable to get through office for follow up. Information. EXTRA LONG HOLDS on office line. Return call time ridiculous. Never had a return call from the nurse, as requested twice. The M.A. did call back, but was unable to answer my questions. I will be looking for a new Doctor after letting my insurance company know about the care I received. THIS OFFICE SEEMS TOO BUSY TO TAKE CARE OF THE NUMBER OF PATIENTS THEY HAVE. I hope other patients were treated with more care and concern than I was for their continued pain, discomfort and information following their procedure at this office.

2 months agoDr. Al-Assi is the best Gastroenterologist I have ever been to. After seeing him for about 6 years I moved and changed to another Gastroenterologist who was closer. After seeing him twice, I decided to return to Dr Al-Assi although he was further away he was worth the extra miles. He is kind, very knowledgeable, listens and explains your problems, and gives you a solution.

7 months agoI was treated warmly with kindness and respect. Everything was explained to me and was done efficiently. Dr Al-Assi has a very good bedside manner and cares about this patients.
