If you are looking for an Ophthalmologist look no further. Dr. Mansury and his staff are dedicated professionals who care about their patients; their profession and the high level of success that they strive for in his office. Dr. Mansury's calming demeanor silenced my initial anxiety of a cataract procedure quickly at the first appointment. I knew I was in good and capable hands. He took the time to educate me on how to prepare for the procedure and he assured me that if I properly prepared, by following his instructions; the procedure would be all that more successful. He words rang true as the surgery went flawlessly.
His staff Vivian and Kelly were awesome! They were in constant communication with me before and after the surgery. They both kept me abreast of upcoming procedures, medications and post care instructions.
My procedure was a success!
Thank you Dr. Mansury. You and your staff are truly the best!
I started to come to this location because the main clinic is horrible. The front office girls on the first floor are so sweet and professional. The front office girls in the second floor are 50/50. Half of them are nice/professional the other half are rude/un professional. This location only has one ophthalmologist. I am supposed to get a visual fields test every 4 months during my pregnancy. I was supposed to get one December 2023, but they booked my appointment wrong and just did an exam. Then booked me another VF test in March 21, 2024. I was 38 weeks pregnant and waited over a hour for the VF test. As I waited I was having contractions and informed the Medical assistant. I was uncomfortable and in pain. She said sorry we are waiting for the tech to be available. Right when I was about to walk out the tech was available. I asked how would I receive the results. The MA stated the doctor will call me. One week had past and the doctor did not call me. So I sent a message and someone from his office called me stating I need an appointment to go over the result but the soonest they had was 2 months out on June 18. So I went to the appointment and checked in at 2:10, the MA Tania called me in very quickly. She was nice and sat me in room. She did tell me the doctor has a couple of patients in front of me. At 3:09 someone open the door to my room but didnโt come in. At 3:14 I walked out and left. I had my 2 month old son with me. He was getting fussy and I no longer could wait. The doctor seemed to more concerned with his MA who was flustered rather than the fact this issue was his fault and not hers. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Which I believe I spoke with someone in administration and she didnโt do much but inform me that Dr. Mansuri is the only ophthalmologist and he always has a wait time. She apologized and that was it. I advised her I work in healthcare and this type of service is unacceptable and the facility needs to inform the patients of the expected wait time prior to the appointment. Especially a mother to a newborn baby.
I do love my OBGYN and childrenโs doctor at this location. I have only had issues with the ophthalmology department.
Doctor's seem to really care about their patients. They don't just give you meds and send you on your way, they try to resolve the root cause of your health concerns. I had a problem, turned out to be an employee who was not giving the doctor messages (employee was let go a couple days before I complained). I talked with the person in charge and issue was resolved immediately. I've been with them about 1 1/2 years, I'm 65 and this is the best medical care I've ever received.
Can you please update the pharmacy info. I tried the website and called the phone number for the medical facility. Nobody had any information for the pharmacy. Not even the phone number. Otherwise, this medical facility is top notch. They have everything you need in one place and never crowded. Thanks.
Had to go in for an MRI - Cody in the front was super helpful, the Radiology Tech Rob was super accommodating and efficient, and Catherine was very helpful in the billing office. Parking lot is way calmer than Brockton, the vibe of the entire medical office is so much better than Day Street and Brockton, and the decor was superb. I want to now change PCPs This place is such a gem and very happy with the my level of care at all levels.
