Dr. Fercha was born in Constantine, Algeria and has been Chief of Surgery at Coulee Medical Center since 2003. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine Cochin-Royal, France, Academic Renee Descartes University of Paris. Dr. Fercha completed his Surgical Internship at Maryland General Hospital, Baltimore, MD and his Surgical Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, OH.
