a week agoHorrible doctor ! Do not ever go to him he has bad bed side manner. Went in for Iron infusion and his nurse was not able to to place port in and jab me in the bone that was the worst pain I have ever felt. I was beyond pissed off the doctor is like oh you moved it's your fault. Finally the nurse spoke up and said sorry that was my fault. Just because I was upset he starts to point in my face and started threatening me saying" I won't treat you ,that is my wife and she knows what she doing". At that point the way he was talking to me I was not going to stay there and have him treat me .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, HE SHOULDN'T EVEN BE PRACTICING WITH THOSE MANNERS! I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS WHERE PEOPLE STATED HOW BAD HE WAS.BIGGEST MISTAKE GOING TO HIM !

3 months agoSimply wasn't my cup of tea when he told me to suffer with my mother because he only did bandaid work. When he refused to speak to hospital staff to explain the issues which caused her death because he didn't want her to be in a hospital he was residential at. His bedside mannerisms became foul to the extent my mother asked me to accompany her. Upon her last visit he said he wasn't the right doctor and demanded I ship her down town where he wouldn't have to "deal" with her. I have never been more disappointed in a person. When he specified he was a medical oncologist and she needed a specialized oncologist. He could have said that in the beginning instead of suffering her knowingly. I do not recommend his medical expertise to anyone. After he passing I had to practically beg to get him ti release her medical files only to see he referred to me as rude and belligerent for not allowing him to talk to my mother any way he pleased. Patient or no patient she was a human life in which he played God.

3 months agoI really wish I could give this office zero stars!! My Mom became treatment with Dr. Qureshi and was told she shouldnโt get sick and she shouldnโt lose her hair. She was very sick!! Then in July 2022 she started getting sick during her treatments. Her blood count was a concern however, the doctor said it had to be a mistake because she would have a fever. They ran the blood work a second time and again dismissed it. Then they decided to alter her medication to see if it would help. The last time she went for treatment they told her they would start giving her a Valium because she was working herself up too much and that was making her sick. She ended up in the hospital in August of 2022 and despite her tumor and lesions all being gone, we lost my Mom to sepsis. She had three infections that came from her chemo port which lead to sepsis. We lost my Mom in September of 2022 to an infection that could have been prevented had this doctor paid more attention and listened to my Mom!!! Horrible horrible people. Everyone of my Moms doctors called us to give their condolencesโฆโฆ..we have yet to hear from anyone from Dr. Qureshiโs office!!!

4 months agoI went to him in 2020 for kidney and bladder cancer. The first visit he said i was young and would pull through. The second visit he told me and my mom he couldn't help me. I went to md Anderson right after seeing him. I did 12 rounds of keytruda and I am happy to say that I am blessed by God to still be here cancer free almost 5 years.

6 months agoMy first (of two) visits went well. I was prescribed medicine, and came back within the same week for a follow-up appointment. Sometimes doctors prescribe generally, not accounting for possible issues that may affect different races of people. I researched the medicine for side-effects. Apparently, there is a supplemental medicine, that is highly effective in conjunction with the one Dr. Quraishi prescribed. So, I ask his opinion, and he responds 'don't argue with me!' (I think, he's not talking to me. I asked his 'opinion', verbatim.) Obviously, this has nothing to do with me, right. Surely this man isn't verbally attacking his patient. Wrong. That's exactly what he did. Then he finished it off, by telling me to "get out, and find another doctor. Don't call me man!" As I was walking out of the exam room, I explained that I said "thank you, ma'am" to the nurse (standing behind him) who witnessed the entire fiasco.
