I’m so upset, I’ve scheduled with them to do a colonoscopy. 3-4week praire. Got the constructions follow the constructions, the day of the surgery. I arrived at 7 AM. The surgery place is a whole another facility told me that my insurance is out of net work. I asked why couldn’t you told me that prior? ( because I couldn’t eat for 2 days and had to clean my colon) she told me because the this clinic I went to send the order on Friday ( meaning send it last min). I called this clinic back pretty upset but I was still respectful, this is very unprofessional and they give no customer service, not even apologies nothing. Told me she didn’t know how to help me….. will not return and will not recommend this place to no one. And will report this place to my insurance

I have been a patient of Alsabbagh for many years. What I like best about him is his personal touch. He always makes you feel comfortable discussing your health needs and is a good listener. I’m grateful to him for helping me manage my health issues in a professional and caring manner.

My experience with this good Doctor and his staff was phenomenal! His professionalism and bedside manner set my mind at ease and put to rest the many fears I had during endoscopic and colonoscopy process. Thank you Dr Al-Sabbagh for being a caring physician. I am a patient for life!

Dr. Al-Sabbagh is a man of few words but very patient and professional. His staff did a great job. I've had at least 5 other colonoscopies and this was a much more pleasant experience than the others. I will definitely keep him as my GI doctor.
