6 months agoI rarely submit positive (or negative) reviews because by default everyone's expectation that things should go smooth. I also don't read feedback because most of them are biased (people tend to overexaggerate and only post negative reviews not positive ones). However, I give credit where credit is due. I had a colonoscopy (for a routine screening) on Friday, 2/16/24 at the 1919 Old Spanish Trail building (McNair campus?). From cannula insertion through anesthesia and colonoscopy, then discharge, everything went smooth and beyond expectations. Dr. Mansour and the staff were very nice and attentive. Also at the discharge, I got all paperwork in my hand with detailed description of the intervention (the importance of polyp removal - there were two -were explained) and images of the procedure. Histology arrived today, on Tuesday, 2/20/24 with Dr. Mansour's added explanation. This was superfast, given that yesterday was a federal holiday. I am eternally thankful for the experience and for the removal of a precancerous polyp (with negative margins) with the emphasis of returning 3 years from now (communicated both verbally and in writing). I can highly recommend Dr. Mansour. I also must note from getting an appointment to receiving instructions were smoother compared that I have experienced two years ago at another facility (when I tried but could not attend). Reading one of the previous reviews: I am also thankful that no one woke me up in the middle of the anesthesia with the colonoscope inside my bowels and asking me whether they can remove both polyps LOL (informed consent takes care of it - people, read your informed consent!). Simply said, the doctor did the job that he is the expert of (and not me, the patient :-))) Thank you again.

10 months agoVery disappointed in this doctor, if you can call him that. It didn't help me at all. I don't recommend it. Don't waste your time, like me. There is a diagnosis of my gastric ulcers and no matter what, he made me. I went to get him to help me, give me some medicine and he said everything is fine. When it's not like that. Very disappointedโฆ
