3 weeks agoThe most arrogant and unprofessional Dr.! He cares to save money for the insurance companies over my health! Patients are just numbers for money, not humans! He is a merchant more than a doctor and doesn’t care for his patients’ time or illness! I stopped seeing him and I always ask to see the physician assistants, Maria or Elaina! Both are more knowledgeable than him and more humane and professional!

8 months agoCheck in at 12:30 PM, my appointment is at 12:40 pm, got the paper work, filled them up, let us say it took me 30 minutes to fully fill out everything, time passes till I realized it is 02:30 PM, so it is been two complete hours in the clinic setting waiting to see the doctor. WHY, WHY, WHY. I ask the receptionist at 02:35 pm she said sorry we are little behind and the doctor is little behind with patients, I told here then you shouldn’t schedule more appointments, it took me more than 45 days to schedule the appointment and when I come on it I waiting 2 hrs you guys should respect my time, I have things and responsibilities to do and you telling me little behind. I told here this is the first time for me here and I waiting that long, I do not want your service and I do not want to be seen by the doctor, remove me from your system and I will change the Dr with my insurance.

a year agoDr. Azar was totally unprofessional and kept cutting me off when I was talking. Because only what he was saying was important. When I asked him a question while he was on call he told me that he did not have time for this and to hurry up and ask my question. Mind you he is the doctor on call. Then he proceeded to say “hurry hurry say what you’re going to say”. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered in my life and I would never recommend him to any patient ever.

5 years agoThis place is horrible. (Chino location) Stay away. They don't even deserve one star. Showed up for an appointment, when I got there they said we have been trying to get a hold of you Dr is not in. You need to reschedule or you can been seen by someone else. If I wait they said I would be seen in an hour or more, even when I had an appointment. If I want to reschedule it would be in a month. Are you serious is this how you treat your patients? Especially new patients. I missed work for nothing. The front desk is very unprofessional and unsympathetic. It's like they don't care. I don't understand how they are running this business. Unethical on how patients are treated here. Will never come back. Getting my records and going elsewhere. By the way they charge $25.00 dollars to get your own records. They are too busy doing other stuff that does not pertain to the patients. Sad. Stay away!!
