3 months agoDr. El Hajj & his entire staff were fantastic! They enabled me to be seen immediately & Dr. El Hajj scheduled an important test I needed right away. Dr. El Haajj is kind, caring & professional. He listened closely to my concerns even though he was extremely busy. I give Dr. El Hajj & his team members my highest recommendation possible!! Thank you!!

2 years agoAbsolute worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. Started seeing him in Oct with a range of GI issues. The doc wouldnt perform even the most basic physical exam, showed no compassion and ended up essentially saying that im fine and im just overweight and i need to stretch. After 3 more months of back and forth with no help i got a 2nd opinion. Ct scan showed multi closed bowell loops, enlarged liver/spleen, issues eith pancreas and a node by my liver. Its been 6m dealing with this doc and absolute 0 help. And i had a final appt to give him a chance to address concerns and they called me an hour before the appt to tell me the doctor does not want to see me. Prolly because im going to ahow him that he has been wrong for months and has cost me in a serious way. Warning: the office staff are great but this is worst doc ive ever had.

3 years agoVery poor customer service. I did my pre-registration and payment online prior to the day of the appointment, the girl says she doesn't see it. I showed up on time for my appointment and still waited an hour just to be called back. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. Unacceptable. I am in the Healthcare industry, so I understand stuff happens but I expected more professionalism and outright decency on their part. Highly disappointed because I've also worked with this doctor at memorial. It's been 1 hour and 20 minutes, still haven't been seen.

7 years agoI can not say enough good things about Dr El Hajj. He is very caring and really listens to you. Offers all the available options to work with your illness to help you determine what is your best treatment option. A lot of gastroenterologist want you to follow there treatment plans but he really listened and helped me pick out the options that worked best for me.

4 years agoI have been dealing with a particular health issue for about 2 years and after seeing a nutritionist, she had suggested that maybe my health issue is caused by digestive issues. Therefore I made an appointment with Borland-Groover Clinic to see Dr. Nassim (not by choice thats just who they set me up with) In my consultation, I began by telling him why I was there. He proceeded to interrupt me by asking, "Ok, but what are your symptoms?" I then started with the fact that I was under the impression I may have digestive issues based on my intial diagnosis from an Endocrinologist. Again, as I'm telling him this he interrupts me and asks, "So why are you here?" At this point I was dumbfounded because I told him my symptoms and why I was there yet he didn't know the answer to either question still? He proceeded with an examination and i asked him if hes ever come across someone with my illness that has had digestive issues and he said, "No unless they were severely throwing up and had diarrhea but it doesn't look like you have an issue with that." I felt belittled and as if he just wanted me out of the clinic. I paid for a consultation because another highly educated professional in the medical field advised I should just take a look into it and yet it was as if I was refused a chance to get to the bottom of an issue I already know I have. When going to cancel my follow-up apt. (because I certainly don't want to deal with that again) A woman by the name of "Rain" or thats what her name sounded like, answered the phone and i told her my name and that I'd like to cancel my apt. She puts me on hold with NO response. I go through a loop of holds and ringing and holds to dead air for a full minute till I said I cannot believe I pretty much got hung-up on. Unprofessional. To add to it, on webpages for this doctor he has his negative reviews hidden. Makes you wonder why. Thank Google for allowing ALL posts to be seen.
