I had a great experience until I was leaving to go home. My pre-op nurse Gracie was AMAZING! If I could give her a 100 stars I would, she well deserved them. My surgical nurse and recovery nurse were great also, but Gracie took the cake. However, when I was leaving getting ready to go home. I had a nurse that did not take care of me nor was I her patient look at me as I was being wheeled out in the wheelchair and says to me you look pitiful. Well how am I supposed to look after having surgery and coming from under anesthesia. What's her excuse for looking pitiful and being hard on the eyes at the same time. Since she felt comfortable enough to say that to me evidently she lacks full understanding of the word. She was not with me in the recovery she was not my nurse nor was I her patient so she should have kept her opinion to herself. It was unprofessional, disgraceful, and distasteful. I wish I had got her name so that I can put her name in here so that other patients will know how she talks to, and treat patients. She was an older woman at least she looked older. She had short black hair maybe in a bob cut or something similar. In addition, if I was her patient you do not speak to a patient like that coming from surgery and from being under anesthesia she did not know what I experienced in the recovery room. I thought with age comes wisdom, but I guess not because she's an older looking woman that didn't age gracefully with wisdom. If she had she would had enough intelligence not to say that to a patient as I am leaving the facility. That was not the time, place, or setting for her to make that derogatory comment. In the future if she does not have anything nice to say just be quiet and don't say anything at all!! For the patients!!
My wife and I both come in for endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same week. I love the nurses here. They are professional and patient. That's my nurse in the picture. Kelly is the other one today. There were a couple of nurses, too, whose names I forgot after the anesthesia. But I want to say that I appreciate everything you do to make every patient feel good. Thank you for your hard work.
I just had surgery here. Nurses here are great. Nice and funny. I had Tamaya ( sorry if I spell your name wrong ), Gloria and operation room nurse Kristen. Iโm writing the review in pain lol see how much I satisfy the care I receive! Facility is clean as well. My mom was here doing the same surgery last year and she talked so much good word about this surgery center. To me, Nurse job is admirable. Taking care stranger is not easy. You all are awesome!
I had a wonderful experience at this surgery center from check in to discharge. I am registered nurse myself and the entire staff was caring compassionate and professional. My biggest fear was the post op pain but my recovery nurse K was on top of it and had my pain controlled as soon as I woke up. Thank you so much to everyone for taking such great care of me!
