a week agoExcellent provider with the needed patience, care and compassion for my very senior mom. Dr.Ossi takes his time and clearly explains the care plan by walking you through scan results (displays images) and discussing labs (norms and out of range explanations). Not too many physicians take this route on visits in person however, this was a virtual telemedicine call and Dr. Ossi was the same caring provider over the phone as he was in-person. Thank you Sir for your gift of compassionate care.

2 months agoDr. Ossi is a very kind doctor; always truly listening to what I have to say; all of my needs. Each time I arrived, he recalled what was discussed previously he was truly concerned with my well-being. He was very patient with me trying everything before having surgery. Excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.

4 months agoDr. R. Ossi was on time, very patient and diligent on our first visit. He took time with us, reviewed all health info, ordered test, scheduled a follow-up. I feel confident my brother is in good hands.

4 months agoI was seen two months ago after waiting two months for an initial appointment. I was told by my primary to see Dr. Ossi because I started experiencing tremors in my right arm and crippling headaches. He ordered a brain CT which took me a few weeks to get in there. Now Iโve been waiting a month for them to call me for my postop appointment to review the findings. His medical assistant contacted me today saying that he reviewed it and seen some things and wanted to go over it and six months. I asked if I could talk to him because I donโt know what that means and a little nerve-racking. She said thatโs what the appointment is for in six months. I asked why so far out because the reason why I seen him was because of the symptoms Iโm experiencing now. She then said itโs because they are booked out and all neurologist are then proceeded to get me a scheduled in November. Absolutely not and I donโt appreciate how dismissive my concerns were to them. Iโm sorry but thatโs not OK.
