I always love coming here. I couldn’t have chosen a better dentist. Dr. Hong is fantastic and is the reason I stopped being scared of the dentist’s office, and all of the techs, hygienists, and office staff are always friendly and approachable. Taylor especially is my favorite! I feel really lucky that I get to keep coming to this office and always feel like I am treated well and with respect, even when my teeth and gums aren’t looking that great. 10/10, highly recommend! PS: I got my wisdom teeth removed here as well with Dr. Kim - easiest procedure of my life, and even though in my post-anesthetic haze I was really upset I didn’t get to keep my teeth (I didn’t even ask beforehand, I don’t know where I got that from), everything went smoothly and I was really happy with the results!

So pleased with this office and everyone we came across! Front office ladies were welcoming, sweet and helpful. Our insurance changed and we were planning on just going to get referrals for our kids ages 7, 5 to go back to our pediatric dentist, but had such a pleasant experience we will be staying! The hygienists were patient, talked our kids through everything and were accommodating with my requests. The dentist was friendly and on the conservative side, which as a mom of a child with a complicated medical history, I was very appreciative of!! Cannot recommend enough and my son's words as we walked out were "best experience yet".

1 word…FANTASTIC!! I left my old dentist due to rude, terrible people at the front desk. Great dentist & hygienist, but the front office staff was so rude I just couldn’t stay there any longer. Bright Now! Dental! was awesome! Fantastic front desk personal, fantastic XRay tech & fantastic dentist! This dentist & his staff are definitely keepers!

Dr. Stanley Hong has always been very attentive, professional, & thorough with my appointments & he is the only reason I come to this location. My hygienist is also pretty awesome. Unfortunately, I had a terrible incident recently last month. Prior to arriving to my appointment I had confirmed my insurance information with Sonia the Office Manager over a month ago. So I assumed everything would be ok. Once I arrived to my appointment she asked for my insurance information & stated that my previous insurance was active so I would not be able to use my current insurance. I stated that it wasn't possible as this specific insurance that I once had was only through my previous employer so it could not possibly be active. This insurance had been inactive since last year of August. She spoke to me in a very condescending manner which had me by surprise as if I were incompetent or unaware of the situation at hand. She turned me away and scolded me because she knew better. She pushed my appointment a month out then called me to tell me that I was right & that my previous insurance was not active. She called me because I mentioned that I would like to speak to her supervisor. Zero class, integrity, or respect. She spoke to me as if I was a child who made a mistake when in reality she should've done her due diligence and double checked my insurance information before having me waste time, money, and energy going to and from my appointment without actually being able to see my dentist. I'm in awe that she can get away with such nasty behavior and still keep her position. She also stated that she would make an exception and move my appointment for me once she found out that I was going to complain against her. Everyone else in the office has always been great. I'm extremely disappointed that she spoke to me with such carelessness and the nastiest attitude. I hope she will learn to be more professional & treat patients with respect & dignity as she also represent Dr. Stanley Hong & everyone else in the office.

I had a very pleasant experience during my visit with Bright Now Dental & Orthodontics. The gentle and caring attention given by the whole staff helps to create a sense of trust and comfort within their patients. I look forward to my next visit! Marilyn
