6 months agoDR Ayoub is a kind person as well as having a very organized and efficient office. Customer service is 5 stars and I've been a cust srv supervisor for 40 years. His staff are effective listeners and have his gentle caring touch as well. If you want good thorough care this is the place to go. I'm the primary caregiver for my Autistic son and he has received excellent care here since he transitioned from CHOC pulmonology. They are patient and caring and listen to his concerns.

7 months agoI have never used my HMO insurance until now. I fractured my ankle (broken tibia bone) on July 10, 2023. I went to ER and they referred me to my primary care physician, Dr. Robby Ayoub. He was assigned by BlueShields HMO insurance. When I called his office to make an appointment, the only available date they could see me was September 15th… (two months and a week later) . I emphasized that I had a broken ankle and they said that it was the only date available….. I obviously switched doctors, but had to wait until the 1st of the next moth for the change to be effective…. Never met the doctor, but giving 2 starts for not offering alternative dates to be seen sooner instead of waiting 2 months +. By that time the bone would have been healed in a crooked position….

9 months agoIf I could give a zero I would. The nurses are great, but you don’t even get to actually meet with Robby Ayoub, the pulmonologist. I’ve been going here for severe breathing issues and they forget to tell me my results, forget tests, and don’t even get to meet with doctor… The receptionists never answer either. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment for a month and can never get an answer. I’m not a picky person or mean at all, but I’m telling you now, if you have a severe issue then please do not come here. Go somewhere else where they actually have a professional setting and staff!
