a month agoIf there were more than 5 stars, I would have chosen them. Dr. Syed is the best! He is so patient with my mother, listens well to her concerns, and engages us in finding the best approach to treat her pain. He explains the process and follows up to ensure the results are effective. My mother used to have constant back pain, and now she is almost completely pain-free! His staff are very professional, patient, and cooperative. Iโm very happy we found Dr. Syed

5 months agoI highly recommend Dr. Syed! He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me and then lay out a treatment plan for my neck and shoulder pain. We have now started my pain management plan and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dr. Syed and his entire staff. What a wonderful thing to have a doctor who actually cares about my well-being, and takes the time to explain his plan of action. Heโs a great doctor!

a month agoI used to be a patient there and every time my appointment came up. I was ready to see Doctor Syeed up to the time I had got real ill with Covid when it first hit and due to the fact that I had undergrade sickness already Covid didnโt agree with me, so I caught it real bad that I had nurses coming to my home and I wasnโt able to leave a nurse there I canโt remember her name, but I would never forget her face and the way she treated me. You wouldnโt think someone will be working in that facility due to the fact of the well caring doctor that they have in the other type of staff that they have even in the Frisco office, everyone is so lovable so caring just beautiful people but this one woman had come from under a rock and offend me the way that she did. I was barely walking in pain and she had me to drive from Mesquite to Plano out of my sick bed to prove to her that I was really eel even though they called her from the ER informing her that I was in the hospital. This lady gave me the blues. Then when I got there thatโs she asked me all type of personal questions. She asked me about my children. Why wasnโt they helping me? Why was I having such financial problems getting my medication then thatโs when she was looking at my nails and my feet but she never address me about my nails or my feet had been done. She asked me to excuse her that she will be back in and that time she came back in with the new PA, which was a sweet and kind African American lady thatโs when they address me about not being able to give me my medication because they didnโt feel that I was in that much pain because if I could go and get my nails and my feet done I can bear through the pain and also they wanted to release me from the clinic due to me getting my nails and my feet done not knowing that I was not even able to leave the house at that point of time because I was on house restriction due to the fact that I had caught Covid and did a lot of damage to my body and again, I was even admitted to the hospital due to that same reason and they was notified that I was admitted to the hospital, but they dismiss me even though the doctor that I was seeing was a wonderful doctor. I never got a phone call from him email from him. I didnโt understand that so I just took it with a grain of salt and I went and found another pain management doctor and I had to start all over but I truly hope that lady did not do that to anyone else because as of today I am on a walker I had to be taken off a cane due to constant falls. You have to be careful how you treat people because first of all you donโt know who you are treating. God put people in your presence for season and a reason so be mindful that tore me up when that happened to me my nails and my feet should not have been been the view in their eyes try looking at your patience in the spirit and not the flesh thatโs what I did. So just think wow that could have been your mother your sister your sister-in-law are your mother-in-law how would you have felt remember that pain like it was yesterday but the doctor was wonderful to me. He helped me so much and now the doctor I have now canโt even control my pain Pain and the fact that she did not ask was the reason why they was looking the way they was looking because it was gel nail polish so they last long time. So I will leave you all with this small nugget. God tells us in the word that love and kindness have I drawn thee so treat people with loving kindness, and with that you would go along way Iโm glad I saw this , on this blessed morning because now I feel free from the pain that was caused by you two ladies years ago
