5 months agoI love doctor soliman's office! This office has been professional, courteous and helpful. The care that's been given has been on point. I have been seeing Dr.Soliman for a few years now and it's my pleasure to offer up praise to all of her staff.

4 years agoDr. Soliman is a great doctor with excellent bedside manner. She always listens to my concerns and is very patient with me when I explain my symptoms. She goes above and beyond to help diagnose whatever symptomatic issues are at hand. I never feel rushed during my appointments with her. The front office staff is always very accommodating, and I can usually get appointments right away, within the week, if I am feeling very ill. I highly recommend her services!

5 years agoI have been a patient for over 20 years, Dr. Soliman takes pride and gives you her time always and never rushes. She cares for all her patients and makes you feel very comfortable and never rushed. If Dr.Soliman is booked her Physician Assistance's are just as carrying.Yes you do wait for about 30 min if that, but its like that everywhere you go and Iv'e been to other doctors waiting hours.The Staff is Amazing and very patient, I can't imagine doing their job with all the different personalities that call and walk through daily . I just want to say Thank you to Dr.Shahinaz Soliman, The PA,and staff :) you Definitely make me feel like part of your family.

a year agoAlthough Dr. Soliman is quite competent, her front office staff is non-caring, careless, and one has to fault Dr. Soliman for not hiring more professional staff. The front office makes numerous mistakes and simply don't do their jobs - and could care less.

6 years agoThis Doctor "Over Books" her patients so badly that to wait in her lobby for an hour and 20 minutes is not uncommon, and then you wait in the room for the doctor to come in for another 25-30 minutes. The soonest I ever got into the patient room was 45 minutes and then it took the doctor another 25 minutes to come in and see me, and then she was never prepared with the last visit information or why your back there to be seen again. I have 2 new doctors now and I NEVER wait more than 10 minutes EVER!!! I Love Michelle and most of the staff there, please Dr. Soliman, if you care about your patients, STOP the Over Booking, It's Very Bad Practice.....{pun intented}
