6 months agoHorrible experience. Had an appointment for my mom today and although we asked multiple times over the phone to make sure they accept our insurance and they confirmed they do, when we showed up for the appointment today and after 30 minutes of wait the front desk said we donโt accept your insurance and if you want to be seen you have to pay more than $500. My mom has a surgery soon and needs clearance from a cardiologist to have her surgery done. Now she has to be in pain till we find another doctor who can see her. The front desk staff was so rude and did not even apologize for their mistake and she said I didnโt have time to check. I donโt recommend them at all.

7 months agoIf I give 5 stars- it's for Dr. Ahmed. My grandmother recently was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks because she ran out of her BP medication. This clinic was made aware that she needed a refill. It's been days that we have called so the clinic can send over the prescription to the pharmacy. It was supposed to be called in yesterday and it never was. This morning we called again, and we were told that the prescription was going to be called in. It wasn't. Even though the front desk made a note for the person to call it in , the person never did and left the clinic early. Whoever that person was , was going to let my grandma go 2 days without her medication. It's upsetting to know that these are the people that patients have to rely on. Personally, I don't believe they care and they do not have any sense of urgency. I got lucky enough to get a operator who did care! Someone that was able to relate and was able to get Dr. Ahmed on the line. Dr.Ahmed right away called the prescription and I was able to get the prescription for my grandma. Thank you to the kind operator and Dr. Ahmed. Your help today was very much appreciated.

a year agoHorrible experience. I originally had an appointment today, they called me yesterday and said they had to cancel because the pharmacy didn't send enough medicine. Then this morning, they called to tell me I was a no-show and that I had refused to cancel my appointment and I would be charged $100. Horrible administrative processes. Now I question the quality of care, also. I would avoid.

2 years agoAnother day in the doctorโs office. We don't put tissue are paper towels in the restroom because patients put them in the toilet, you have to come to the desk and ask for them. Can you Image going to the restroom in a rush to find no toilet paper and no paper towels to dry your hands? ๏ฟผOk, let's communicate and put a sign on the restroom door so that patients will know to ask. This is just ridiculous๏ฟผ all this book sense and no common sense. I know they are in violation.๏ฟผ We have been waiting for three hours to see the Dr. No compassion for these patients.
