6 months agoDr. Labatia is the kindest, gentlest and most understanding and open-minded physician I've had as an adult. Even though he has many patients to care for no matter how busy he is he will always take the time to listen and actually talk with the patient and not just rush in and out after looking at a computer screen. His staff are very nice young women who have been very patient with me over the past couple of years and are great with following through and communicating vital information, very polite and professional. I'm sure this is a challenging time for them but I'm grateful for them and the great work they do every day!

8 years agoAbsolutely a great doctor! He listens to the patient completely. Very understanding, compassionate & soft spoken. Explains all the possiblities of the reason of a particular problem and treats accordingly. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a doctor who cares for his patients. No wait time & nice staff :)

6 years agoWe had an app with D.Marianne Mikhail, The staff was extremely polite, and the doctor saw us right after we finished our forms. The doctor was understanding and compassionate. More important, she was very informative and easy to talk to.

9 years agoDr is very kind and caring. However, does not listen to all medical symptoms. Dr has completely disregarded a prior medical condition diagnosed by his medical partner and all the symptoms associated. Dr has refused to refill multiple medications I have taken for over 5 years without visit to Dr's office every month. Dr aware I do not have medical insurance and am paying out of pocket for each repeat visit. Office personnel does not answer their phones or return messages left on voicemail. The only way to get any answer from the office is to send an email and hope for a response in the next 5 days. Kind and caring only goes so far when your major medical symptoms are ignored as well as any financial difficulties.

3 years agoThe actual doctor is fine ... based on what is expected from a GP (family practice provider). Seems like a reasonable guy. But the back office is desperately stuck in the 19th century. The only way to pay for services is to read your credit card number over the phone (or come to the office). Apparently, they have not heard of texts, links, PayPal, Square ... nothing. OK ... fine ... with some reservation, we gave them the payment information. A month later, we got a bill from ProHealth - apparently, they never did charge the card. ProHealth (the umbrella company) is no better: their offices are closed, the payment portal on the website is 404'd, etc. Now we have to call again, give them the card #, and hope that they charge it this time.
