3 months agoI would give ZERO stars if I could. The Dr. we can't say much about as we only saw him once, but his staff is the reason for our ZERO stars! My husband was sent home and ordered to wear a monitor to check his heart and we scheduled a follow up appointment to go over those results after. Well the monitor that was sent by whatever company they use, did not work so when we called, they just stated they'd send another. By the time we got the new one, his follow up appointment had come up so when this office called to confirm, we let them know they situation so they agreed to reschedule. That rescheduled appointment was for today, however, they called my Husband on Wednesday (today is Friday), to confirm and he let them know that he was just transferred to another location for his job and his hours were up in the air as this was his first week there (he's in law enforcement). They told him if he rescheduled, it would be $50. He told them he didn't want to reschedule but he wasn't sure if he'd be able to make it. They told him it would still be $50 so he told them "fine" and that he'd just keep his appointment (hoping nothing stopped him). Well unfortunately he was held over and asked me to call the office for him to let them know what happened. When I called, the woman I spoke with said it was going to be $50 because we were calling the same day! I told her my husband had tried telling them on Wednesday! This woman was all over the place and I caught her lying. She first said they had no voicemails of him rescheduling. I told her he did not leave a message; he spoke with someone on Wednesday when they called to confirm. Then when I explained to her what the conversation was on Wednesday, she said " Well I don't know who he spoke with...." but right before that, she said she could see in the computer WHO we had spoken to so when I called her out on that and asked her if she did or didn't know who he spoke with because she JUST had said she didn't know who we spoke with but then said she could see who he spoke to, her response was " well the point is....". So she knew I had just caught her in a lie and that was her way of deflecting the fact that she had just lied. All she kept saying was that my husband signed the policy when he first went into the office and he confirmed his appointment EVEN THOUGH I told her he tried to let them know what was going on and the first time we rescheduled was not because we wanted to but because the monitor they sent wasn't working and by the time he got the new monitor, it was time for his appointment. They have no compassion or understanding. I would think that they would understand the schedule of first responders given they are first responders as well. This LADY had the nerve to then put me on hold for more than 5 minutes to later come back and continue to say the same thing. I told her to cancel and we would NOT be returning to that office! I have other family members and friends that also go to this office, and I've already shared my experience, so messages and calls are being made to our PCP's to request a new Dr. It's sad because we didn't get the opportunity to really experience this Dr., but given that the staff is front line, THAT'S what most people give their experience on. I hope he gets new staff before they run off any more of his patients. I will NOT go near his rude staff.
