a month agoDr. Abou-Ghazala is a great Cardiologist that I have known over 20 years. He is my Cardiologist over the last 5 years and he has been taking a great care of me. He even answers my messages after hours and always accommodate my needs. I had my follow up visit with him today and was received as always with great customer service and passion. 2 years agoDr. Ghazala is A very professional doctor and teacher who helped me to stabilize my heart condition. He spent the right amount of time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Dr. Ghazala and his team are consistent with following up on their patients during regular and emergency situations. I had multiple emergency situations and the doctor contacted me multiple times to follow up on my case.

a year agoDr. Tarek Abou-Ghazala is an excellent doctor who spends enough time with you to understand your issue. Not a doctor who sees you in two minutes and send you with whole bunch of prescriptions and tests to do. Human lives matter, and Dr Abou-Ghazala cares about your life.

3 years agoDr. Ghazala is an excellent practitioner. He saved my mom's life about almost two months ago. I am giving one star to the receptionists and medical staff(4 people glued to their chairs at the front desk). I was waiting more than two hours and placed in two different rooms. After an hour waiting in the triaj room, my mom needed to get out ,and then one of the front desk person moved us into another room where we were waited another hour. None of them knocked on the door to give us an update about the waiting time, or to apologize for the long delay. .Dr Ghazala didn't even know that we(myself and my 83 year old mom)were waiting on him.He saw us because I opened the door to leave,, and that's when I saw him in his office. Dr Ghazala came straight to us asking who are we waiting for, than he went right away to ask his front desk team why they are rooming patients and he is not informed. Very unprofessional staff that delivered very poorly to us on a non busy day.I hope that the office manager will have a serious chat with the personnel, and make some changes.
