Dr. Sandeep Randhawa is absolutely amazing! On a trip to his office with my mother, who gets injections in her eyes, I casually mentioned that I wanted to show my left eye as there is some blurriness. He asked me to set up an appointment. At the appointment, he thoroughly imaged the eye. Clearly identified the detached retina, explained the urgency of the situation to me, followed by the surgery. The surgery went well and I am healing well. Wonderful staff and doctor.
This place is very unorganized. My son had an appt I drove 30 mins to get there for them to tell me they canceled the appt through mail. Which I never got anything canceling the appt. I rearranged my schedule because the doctor wanted him to stay with him only for him to cancel on us. Then they wanted us to wait an hour before he could be seen by another doctor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE DRIVING FAR! How about you call your clients and not send cancellations through the mail.
I needed a vitrectomy and the doctors were both amazing. They took the time to listen to my rationale regarding having the procedure and the surgery went seamlessly as did my recovery. Dr. Weiner and Dr. Wolf are both wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences at this practice!!
Annoyed that when taking my six week old preemie here, we weren't seen until an hour and a half after our appointment time. Part of the delay was the 30 minute new patient paperwork. We weren't expecting not to be processed until after it was all filled out. So, expect delays. Expected them to be more considerate of keeping a baby in the waiting room.
