a month agoI was working in the back, my job is outside but I was doing something that indirectly helped the place, I just asked to be allowed to use the bathroom, the lady at the front desk kindly said yes but someone who was talking to her (I imagine someone with a higher position) denied me the possibility of using their bathroom simply because I was not a client of the place. I know that it is not your obligation to do so but she is an inhumane person. First before being a doctor you have to be HUMAN. This is not for all the staff, it is only for her. Besides, I am a clean person and my presentation is the same even if I work with a yellow coat.

a year agoBeen here 3x (twice with dad, once with mom) for cataract surgery. The staff is really nice and Dr. Z is great at what he does. Whole process is always smooth in-and-out

9 years agoWe are having major billing issues. We received and paid a bill they sent for anesthesia for the first cataract surgery and have yet to receive a bill for the second. Yesterday we received a notice from a collections agency that our bill was in collections; the total bill for the anesthesia for both surgeries, including the one we paid! We called the Surgery Center and they say they cannot help and gave us a number at central billing to call. No one answers at this number and you have to leave a message. No one has called us back. We spoke with the collections company and they found some discrepancies in the information given them so they are helping us get this straightened out. This is serious for us. If you have a bill go to collections it shows on your credit report for 7 1/2 years! This was sent to collections when the charge was only 40 days old and before a bill had been issued. There is nothing right about doing business this way. As far as the surgery went, one lens has fogged up and will require further surgery. Also, they schedule groups of patients to come at the same time so you end up waiting for about three hours for a 20 minute procedure. Update: We finally reached someone to help and they say it should never have been sent to collections. Duh! We paid the $57 we owe, which we have not received a bill for, but they have made no effort to contact the collections agency, MNet, to straighten things out at this time.
