6 months agoI highly recommend this office!! I saw Lupe Papion NP. She was very kind and informative. She had great bedside manners. She was very gentle with my pap. She answered all my questions and really listened to my concerns and health issues. The medical assistant in the front was great! She was also really kind and helpful. I normally have bad anxiety going into doctorโs offices and everyone here made me feel very comfortable. This is the best gynecologist I have been to!!

2 months agoThis review is for the office staff. I was not allowed to sit with my minor child in the waiting room as she waited for her appointment. I was forced to sit outside the doctors office in the hallway outside. This was despite my child left being left by herself in a doctors office and despite the fact that there was 50% seating available in the waiting room. It was completely unnecessary and traumatic for my daughter. I had not intended to go in exam room with her, just to wait with her and offer moral support (as well as making sure she understood everything and was safe ). I understand keeping children out of doctor offices but keeping a parent away from their child is unconscionable. Needless to say we will be changing doctors. (And of course there was a 45 minute wait ).

3 months agoSo rude and unprofessional. Made unprofessional comments about my perfectly healthy and normal weight gain from pregnancy. Would not recommend.

10 months ago0 STARS She was always late and rude with the way she talked. She even yells at her employees. She checked me vaginally to make sure I was pregnant (I was already 16wks pregnant) not even a week later my water broke and I miscarried. She could have prevented that from happening but instead she put the blame on me and I lost my baby at 17wks. DONT GO TO HER!

She told me to look it up on the internet instead of her doing her job. She also gave me a pap smear at 19 ,She is very unprofessional never going back there again and that was at my very first appointment there !!
