Not happy with this clinic at all and I have not even been seen. I scheduled an appointment for 7/9 on 5/29 only to get a call that they canceled this appointment because the doctor has "a meeting" that day. Not only that... I can't get in until August. The receptionist that I spoke to (Barbara) was rude and not considerate at all of how this made me feel. I explained to her how I've been trying to get in with a neurologist for a while only for my appointments to get canceled for stupid reasons like this and she says "So do you want to schedule or....." No at this point I don't. I don't think I will ever get my problem solved.
Dr. El-Feky is one of a kind! Heโs very knowledgeable, genuine, and thorough. He always takes his time to answer my questions and never makes me feel rushed during visits. He is also very responsive to messages in a timely manner. He is empathetic and goes the extra mile to advocate for me as his patient. So blessed to have him as my doctor!
Dr. El-Feky has a wonderful bedside manner not only with his patients, but with their family as well. He has taken the time to explain complex medical conditions to us and it made all the difference. Very knowledgable in his field but can also effectively communicate his knowledge and make things understandable to people. He truly cares for his patients. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will definitely continue to do so.
Dr. Waleed is nothing short of amazing. Iโm the paranoid patient that reads all the reviews and asks a million questions at appointments. Iโve seen Dr. El Feky for myself on multiple occasions and he has been the primary Dr for my husband who is a traumatic brain injury survivor. Heโs jumped through many hoops to make sure he could continue to be my husbands Dr even with all the Insurance headache. Heโs great about referring to therapy when needed and always gives the best advice. Heโs conservative with medication but also cautious and makes sure that my husband had the right treatment. Heโs honestly always on call and will always be there to answer questions for us even when heโs not there. Truly a caring, empathetic Dr that is not only good at what he does but genuinely loves it. The staff is not the best at answering calls but thatโs okay because the office has multiple physician. After voicing those concerns I was able to get ahold of his staff through his specific nurse or email. If youโre looking for a knowledgeable and caring Dr who will always put you first, Dr. El Feky is the way to go!
Dr el Feky has treated both my husband and daughter. I canโt say enough. My husband had a bulging disk causing excruciating pain and tried many things. Dr el Feky sent us to a surgeon who did surgery snd heโs good now. My daughter who hates to go to dr much less a specialist loves him. I was talking g yo someone who drove 5 hours to see him. Haters gonna hate bug you would be remiss if you pass up dr el feky.
