My experience with Retinal Consultants of Arizona is that my time is treated with respect. I rarely wait more than 10 minutes for any procedure. The staff is always pleasant and Dr. Quinlan an expert at his craft. Highly recommend them!

The doctor is excellent. The assistants are polite and responsible. The only complaint I can think of is that the furniture, chairs especially, are quite shabby. Most have tears in them. I am not sure Goodwill would even take them.

Great treatment by Dr. Quinlan! The facility needs lots of work - horrible falling apart seating, restroom facilities are less than appropriate for a doctor's office for the many patients it serves. We will make it a point to not get an appointment at the East Missouri location.

As always my visit to RCA was pleasant and great! Dr. Quinlan is the utmost professional and ALWAYS listens! That's important. The staff is very good and seems to be quite efficient and helps to make the "ship" run quite smooth. Thank you to all!

The doctors here are very smart; just take a look at all the plaques on the wall. Not only degrees, but Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, etc. That inspires confidence. The service is fine. My appointment was for 10:25. I was on time. At 10:45 I was taken for dilation and then the second waiting room. The doctor came and did his thing at 11:35 am, so 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment. It was very busy - loads of people. The suggestion I have for this practice is to improve your wifi. There are probably 20+ people sitting around waiting for over 60 minutes and there is practically no connectively, especially in waiting area #2. It would sure improve the wait for all the people sitting there. Have you ever considered this? Is it a cost issue? You could also improve the main waiting room. There is a TV but is wasn't on. There were million-year old magazines. Truly, it wouldn't take much time, effort or money to improve the ambiance and make the long wait more pleasant for patients. Please consider it.
