Receptionists are very rude. They will not offer an appointment or approximate waiting time for routine blood tests and check patients in on an arbitrary system as opposed to in order of arrival. I had no option but to watch 2 people check in to get drugs tests before the receptionist would send a text to my phone so that I could also check in. A routine blood test took nearly 2 hours. The person who took my blood was actually fantastic and professional but I would not visit this clinic again even if my life depended on it. I would rather die and I feel that the receptionists would prefer that too.

receptionists are nice i guess, doctors take forever. simple drug test process. nurses are alright. wait times are very long for simple procedures especially for a place designed for workplace procedures.

The front desk lady helped so much we didn't have the correct paperwork we needed. She made sure we were taking care of that day. Great outstanding work! I'm very pleased with this establishment.

From as soon as I got there the staff was super nice. The receptionist Givin there was only one doctor that day and it was busy she handled it very well and explained to me and to every one about how long the wait was which was a good thing thank you for that. Also the nurse her name was Kimberly C. She was super professional and knew what she was doing very experienced and that was a plus made every thing go easy (Execpt the part where they drew blood I don't like that part lol ) even the doctor was awesome I don't remember her name but thank you, you were super nice and knowledgeable and professional thank you for a awesome visit.

During my visit I was attended right away. Considering this was my second visit in two years the check in process was very easy. I waited less than fifteen minutes to be seen. Once I was called in for service I had the pleasure to meet Danny, he provided exceptional patient care making my experience there a great one.
