She was super helpful, respectful, patient and really made sure things were taken care of. Jasmineโs welcoming demeanor made the whole experience a lot easier, and I really appreciated her kindness!

in the last weekLoved how the front desk people treated me only problem I feel that really bothered me was that I couldn't work due to them saying that a hospital okaying me to go back to work wasn't their doctors saying I was ok so they needed to see what was wrong with me . I get there and no doctors available then when she was she came in said she looked at the hospital visit and that they determined me to be OK so there was no need for them to do anything littlerally no mri no reimageing. Nothing I still have symptoms that aren't going away and are STILL bothering me I had 2 injuries and she only spoke to me about my head injury. No analysis were done NOTHING but she said I was ok because I was looking at her and speaking. What did that have to do with my sight my vision can and maybe forever impaired due to this. No shots NOTHING . complete waste of time and work hours . She was like an aftrican american lady but I mean mostly African not being racist just her attitude and the way she wants to yell over you and say you are wrong is the problem Nothing else. If you are a doctor you don't need to tell people you have no magic and that because you aren't dieing that nothing is wrong. I bet if I was dead she would say I hadn't been dead long enough and that I had to wait

2 months agoPeople working there were really nice and despite the fact every chair in the waiting room was full, I was in and out pretty quick. Danny the tech was SUPER cool and friendly and took the time to explain how their process works. I give him a 10!

3 months agoOne of the most unpleasant experiences Iโve ever had. My 9am pre-employment physical turned into a 4.5-hour ordeal. I waited until 12pm due to staff shortages, and the hearing test was ineffective because of loud music. The doctor rushed through a 3-minute physical with the door open, compromising my privacy. Despite being made to wait, I felt rushed and dismissed. A nice lady at the front desk was helpful, but overall, the experience was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend this place.

5 months agoReceptionists are very rude. They will not offer an appointment or approximate waiting time for routine blood tests and check patients in on an arbitrary system as opposed to in order of arrival. I had no option but to watch 2 people check in to get drugs tests before the receptionist would send a text to my phone so that I could also check in. A routine blood test took nearly 2 hours. The person who took my blood was actually fantastic and professional but I would not visit this clinic again even if my life depended on it. I would rather die and I feel that the receptionists would prefer that too.
