Dvine Mediterranean Experience – Corona Tuscany

So my hubby and our daughter found this gem of a restaurant. We love mediterranean food and Divine Mediterranean is one of the best we’ve tried yet. We always start off with the spicy hummus, then order a chicken kebab platter with it extra chicken kebab on the side so that we can share. The red cabbage salad is a must try! It’s so good. As for the french fries they were crispy and possibly one of the best fries I’ve ever had. Their lentil soup is also yummy! We ordered a couple of raspberry iced teas to go with our lunch and everything was perfect! Especially the service! Our server was awesome! I think his name was Shane. Anyways if you like Mediterranean food, you have got to try divine Mediterranean it’s been a great experience. Not to mention their great tasty food! We literally try to come once every two weeks. That’s how much we like this place. Lol

I am not a big fan of the mediterranean food but the chicken kebab pita pocket (photo not shown here) served at Dvine Mediterranean has given a me a new perspective and love for this cuisine. I ended up going there twice in a week. The mixture of sauces they used in marinating the chicken perfectly compliments each other. The rich flavor rolls in your tongue and stays there for awhile. I also tried other appetizers and they are just as good.

I’m vegan so I chose the veggie entree and it was delicious. I chose Mediterranean salad as my mezza, and paid the extra $4 for added hummus. They make great falafel that’s moist on the inside. Unfortunately the service was sub par. In our party of 7 people, 3 of us got our food 25 minutes before the rest of the dishes came out, which was awkward. Still, it’s one of the only dine-in places with vegan options in the area. Both times I’ve been there, there was no wait with plenty of empty tables both inside and out. The a la carte plates are too expensive for what you get, but the Arabic family combo offers an interesting option. It seems expensive at $38/person, but the portions are large and you can easily share a 2-person order with 4 people, which gives you a chance to choose several sides and entrees. My table mates did this, and I think I’ll try the same thing next time I go with 4 or more people.

The best Mediterranean food I have ever had. We got the cold appetizer sampler, beef shawarma, and lamb chops. They were all incredible and our server, Tony, was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Customer service is great and the food is really good. You won’t regret it . I appreciate a server Morowan who does a great job, and he handled our table of 3 adults and with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done! We were greeted immediately at the front door. Our server seemed friendly.
