Fadi Alkahef

Fadi Alkahef is a licensed, full-time Realtor whose local, national and international real estate sales experience combine with an extensive background in the lending industry to give him unique investment insights that he leverages for the benefit of his clients. He started his career in the mortgage business in 1990 and for the past 11 years, he has been selling real estate in three countries: the United States, Dubai – where he lived and worked between 2007 and 2012 and maintains his license -, and the United Kingdom. His domestic and international experience give him an edge when it comes to understanding the intricacies of the business and the strategy necessary in the art of negotiations. Fluent in English and Arabic, Fadi finds one of the most fulfilling aspects of the business being in the position to help others make their dreams of homeownership come true. Although much of his business has been concentrated in the luxury market, he also focuses on representing buyers and sellers across the price spectrum all over Orange County.
