After the passing of my father and going through the process of his estate, I was not looking forward to the selling of my family home. My sister met Sonia at an open house Sonia Maiello and Meryle Sussman were holding around the corner from my dad's house. We chose Sonia and Meryle for what they brought to the table. Although we were saddened to have to sell the home we grew up in, we were happy to have found such a great team to help us find the perfect family to sell our home to. If there were more than 5 stars, we would definitely give it to Sonia. Being first-time home buyers, we entered the hot market with very little hope to buy our first house but Sonia made the process go extremely smooth. She was very professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about her job. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and all the decision were made with confidence.
