Falafel Corner

This space was sufficient for a 1:30 am food run. The attendance was well versed in the menu and gave us suggestions. I ordered the Chicken Kebab and it was good, minus the rice, which was a bit hard. (Not my preference). They had drinks and deserts there as well.

Tasty, reliable, and great service. I’ve seen this place for the past 7 years and finally decided to go in and try it out! I loved it! The food was great! I got the chicken shawerma! I loved every bite. I happened to meet Ali during my visit who is the current owner! What a humble guy! He works so hard, he is also the one who prepared the food and is the mastermind behind the recipe’s in the restaurant! The restaurant is small, seats are limited, making the atmosphere customizable. There is no bathroom here. Their pastries and desserts are made in house and are fresh. The baklava is also sweet and with great taste! This is a must try in Cambridge!

Nothing beats the hospitality and generosity over at the Falafel corner. Not only did I enjoy a delicious chicken shawarma, the staff heard me express my love for baklava and gave me a piece (which I devoured) on the house. It’s a quaint little spot with a seating area downstairs (maybe enough for 8-10 people?)

I recommend this restaurant for those who look for Halal choices at Harvard Square. They offer Halal chicken and beef shawerma and so many other choices including vegan ones. The one sandwich of shawerma can make you feel full and it tastes good. If you are used to Arabic version of shawerma, ask the cook to choose the components of shawerma sandwich since they add vegetables and this is unusual for Arabic shawerma lovers. The cook was very friendly and generous with the portion size.

I always prefer this place and recommend it to everyone. The employees are very kind and good. It offers you a very delicious taste with the special sauce they put in the doner kebab. This place is so good…
