We worked with Sam via phone call and text. His knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail were beyond exceptional. Buying (or fixing) jewelry can be daunting because you really don't have an idea of what things should cost, etc, but the guys at Farah are top notch. I came in today (after having bookmarked this spot a few years ago) to get a bracelet fixed and not honestly were they so kind and knowledgeable, more importantly they were HONEST and candid and fair. And the icing on the cake? They didn't charge me for the repair! Who does that? Well, you just earned a customer for life. The jewelry district can be overwhelming but Farah stands out with fantastic employees and wonderful products.

Sam created the most elegant and extraordinary engagement ring ever! I had the best experience with Sam. Working with Sam's team was incredible. With over 40 years in the industry and great customer service, you can't go wrong! I went to visit in person with my partner, I show Sam a few inspiration styles, we discussed metal options, and took my ring size. Sam and his team walk you through every step! It was a pleasant experience, I was able to see current projects Sam and his team were working on. Whatever you want, they can create! The team updated my partner during the process. They are implementing additional precautions for in person visit during COVID-19, so you can feel comfortable while visiting! It was truly an amazing experience! We felt confident, heard, and appreciated! I am now a customer for life!

I can't understand why anyone would ever go anywhere else?! Sam and John are amazing! My husband customized my engagement ring here and we picked out our bands.
