Farids practice focuses on personal injury, construction defect, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation matters. He has experience handling bankruptcy matters, including representing creditors in a reorganization. Farid also has experience in landlord-tenant litigation, including matters involving habitability, harassment, unlawful detainers, violation of local ordinances, and retaliation.
While in law school, Farid served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Trumbull of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Representative Matters
- Represented a creditor in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in which the plan of reorganization was approved, including a payment of approximately 30% of his clients claim.
- Represented numerous landlords in Northern and Southern California.
