I would never trust this company or Penee(their agent) to buy or sell my house. I was interested in purchasing a home at 3337 McGraw ST. She asked me to send my offer somewhere close to the asking price, which was $1.175K, and I sent my offer at $1.150K. She texted me a week after saying the seller could not wait Forty-five days for closing escrow and preferred to take a cash offer. and already have multiple offers. After two months, they ended up selling the house for $940K. The public must know that this company is not trustworthy in the way they are running their business and taking advantage of this complicated house marketing. Anywhere I see “Big Block Realty, Inc.” It would be a red flag and BIG NO.

Do not use this group to list your home. I tried to schedule a showing and it was like pulling teeth. Once the listing agent found out I was a buyer and not an agent I was rushed off the phone and handed off to someone else. Was told I would get a phone call. No call. Tried to get ahold of the listing agent and she lied to the receptionist that answers the main line saying she called me. I then got a bunch of text messages that eventually said the sellers only showed on weekends which could’ve just been said at the get go. Most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever dealt with

Brokerage events are held numerous times per month which is also awesome and training is there when needed! Love it so far!
