Francois Annabi

Attorney Annabi is a regular presence, litigating in all 5 boroughs and Westchester County. Mr. Annabi focuses his law practice advocating for Clients facing Criminal charges, victoms of Civil Rights violations as well as general tort litigation.

After graduating from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School, Mr. Annabi focused primarily on State and Federal criminal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Annabi began practicing at the Law Offices of Murray Richman in the Bronx, New York, followed by the Law office of Rocco D’agostino. Mr. Annabi is relentless when advocating for his clients. In 2014 he worked with The Jeffrey Deskovic Foundation for Justice, investigating possible wrongful convictions, specifically handling the wrongful conviction of an inmate at Greenhaven Prison convicted for second degree murder.

Mr. Annabi travels to our incarcerated clients to conduct inmate visits and interviews at correctional facilities throughout New York and the Tri-State area. He is an asset to the Criminal and Personal Injury departments at the Firm handling Court appearances, hearings, trials, as well as depositions of our incarcerated clients.
