6 months ago"IQ Realtors are deceptive in their practices. Initially, they confirm property availability, encouraging application submission. However, post-application, they evade communication. If contacted, they dismiss applicants, citing disqualification despite strong credentials like a 750 credit score and double income proof. Furthermore, they charge a $45 credit check fee without providing adequate service or transparency."

a year agoThis is the most unresponsive, unprofessional, sketchiest and just untrustworthy company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Stephen came off as a really nice and friendly person who turned into very pushy and to the point of harassment. Calling at the late hours of the night, almost 10pm. Offering a house and in the same breath raising the price to it. The company came off as money hungry above anything else. When we turned down the property and wanted our deposit back, they did the stupidest thing of writing the name of all the applicants on the check as opposed of just the name of the person who paid the deposit making it nearly impossible to cash it. I would be very cautious when dealing with them. They don't care about the tenants. They care about how much money they can squeeze out of people. Just completely terrible.

a year agoBest service, best property management at all. Stephan is great guy who's been taking care of my property for many years, never had issues or problems, they follow up with maintenance, tenants, rent. I highly recommend IQ Realty to manage your property with piece of mind. Thank you for your great service guys.

a year agoI gave them 6 units over 7 months ago after me and my wife felt overwhelmed with all the management duties. We have never seen a more professional management company. They have best rates no hidden fees and always caring about the dollar for the client.

2 years agoAlright I will keep it real, this company has helped my family and I get a place in a quick and easy manner like I've never seen before. Let's just say that I got the keys to the place in like 3 days. It was ridiculous because I was expecting a baby any day now. Now for the negatives, like I said to keep it real, there really isn't any from my experience. Maybe the only thing is that you should be able to fix MINOR things around your house and not expect any landlord to change your lightbulb or fix a curtain blind that's broken for example, unless it came like that which that wasn't the case here; house was as clean as it gets. I actually did have a problem with the house not heating up properly at one point and they immediately had someone come the next day to fix it. So literally no complaints. The rent is paid online so that's clutch too. The house was very clean and nice and Stephen was very friendly, it's all about professionalism and that's what I got from doing business with IQ Realty.
