Nevin is the a terrible assistant with very rude attitude , cannot forget her rude ,indecent and unprofessional way of answering me when I kept calling for 2 weeks trying to take an appointment, just because "Magy" the financial clerk there was absent for 2 weeks . All costs I've met her had a very bad experience with her ,but they all had tolerated her bad attitude just to let their cases run smoothly and finish their asylum cases . The same bad Egyptian attitude we have faced with her. Strange enough that Mr/ Hani bushra is well acquainted with this issue ,but he did not mind at all .
