Dr. Abraham and his staff are amazing. I had an emergency and they were able to help me sooner than I expected. Their office is well equipped and modern. I was very impressed with the skill of Dr. Abraham. Christine at the front desk was also wonderful. Thank you so much Anthem Dental. You made sure that my root canal was a smooth experience!

Total dissatisfaction with the front office to making a simple appointment to billing estimates for services. I had to have work performed, the office manager did not include my insurance deductible and expect me to pay total cost out of pocket. After 4 months of going back and forth with the insurance company i was nearing my appointment for the work and the front office said that my work scheduled was a mistake, that the dentist did not perform that type of work and i would have to seek a specialist on my own. I find the clerical, billing operations to be sketchy to say the least. I will say the dental technicians are the best, competent and knowledgeable, but the rest of the office NO .I felt misled and mistreated so be forewarned if you schedule a appointment, check and double check your records and your insurance deductibles before you walk in and have it in hand at the time before sitting in the dental chair. Overall with Delta Dental, this is my 2nd dentist within the last year. I am finding that if I did not speak up, i would have been overcharged for work not needed. Buyer Beware

If I could give 0 stars I would! The office manager Christine double billed (both me and my primary insurance) and is now billing my secondary insurance due to a miscommunication (basic insurance fraud). She said they have audio of phone calls between me and their office which violates PC 632. There was no consent or disclosure to recording conversations where I gave my ss, name. Dob, address etc. Stay away from them. I'll be going to the board as the reviews show this is common.

Thank you for always taking care of me. The staff and Dr. Abraham are the best!
