They told my husband this was Versace and he believed them. It is not real Versace. First photo on left is what they sold him, photo on right is a Real Versace from their website. Husband wasted money. Medusa is always on Versace, whatever is on mine is not that. Was told I could exchange for something else but don’t want to get lied to again. Also no where on it does it say Versace. I have a real Versace necklace from the actual store so I can 100% tell this is fake. Also Versace only makes jewelry in 18k(stated on their website) the bracelet says 21k. Also whatever is in the middle is absolutely ugly and I noticed by looking threw your pictures it’s on a lot of your jewelry, which also is not Versace. No need to lie just be honest.just disappointed as this was supposed to be a birthday gift for me but I will never wear this. Will delete this review if you can provide me with 100% proof because I know this is NOT Versace.

I don’t recommend, especially the lady noor. As she says something but at the end she back on what she says because she note down different numbers so watch out. Bad customer service and not very truthful on what she say. If you r interested to buy gold, it does definitely worth a drive to Michigan than going here!! Customer service is highly important and should not be kept away like this. (Just to clarify the lady told me a number while she wrote another number, and when we got to the end I realized that is not the number that she told me. And she made it seem like i asked for another discount) Also while we were talking there was no one very close to were i was standing maybe behind but would not hear what we were talking about.

There is always a first time, Today was the worst experience I've ever had in life. Today I was judged by my appearance and color they not knowing I am a foreigner to, I was at the door,a young male and a young female looked at me, the young male ignored the fact I was there, the young female was talking to somebody, when I was about to leave They still didn't open the door someone was walking towards the door, And I was so disrespected that I decided to leave. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this people Ever, We have to teach our young generation how to treat people, So I will not blame the young male/female. They just following what they see. Marshalla Answer to their response, my girl was there couple days I go and made a big purchase from them, she suggested me to go check them out so i can buy some gold as well, I went yesterday and because The sign says by appointments only I left. She then told me I didn't need an appointment, because she didn't make one when she was there. On my way out from guitar center I decided to stop by again. And was treated it worse customer service ever, so your excuse is not Valid. And not accepted Sincerely your foreign friend with a different color of skin.
