Hummus Labs was developed to offer you a place to redefine what hummus is. So many buy hummus from grocery stores, packed full of preservatives and unaware of how long itโs been on that shelf. Yes, we have kabobs, but what will keep you coming back is our hummus. Buy one of our to go containers to take home and enjoy with your family.

a month agoOrdered the Chicken Kabob with Dark Meat Platter. For this platter, I chose half and half rice and lettuce and two sides, classic hummus and pita chips. I would recommend to skip the pita chips if you don't want to add more bread/carbs as the included two pita are already more than enough. It's recommended to get their signature garlic paste if you have the opportunity to get it. The chicken was very good, nicely done and still juicy, good portion too. The rice and lettuce were both very flavorful and this is probably the best way to order it as a half and half base. The classic hummus was a safe option if you're unsure what to choose from. And the pita chips were well seasoned, very crunchy and filling. There is a steady trickle of customers while I waited for my order, even in the last hour before closing. If you choose to dine in, the restaurant seems to get very warm over time so dress lightly or choose to take your meal to go. There is a small parking area behind the store that seems to be connected, two floors of parking, a bit tight but convenient given the parking scarcity in this city. Service was good, you can order from a touchscreen kiosk if you'd like. They do have a rewards program but I did not use it at this time.

a month agoWe had some delicious shawarma platters! The number of combinations you can make with the sides and upgrade to the fattoush salad is great. We had one chicken shawarma platter with rice, babaganoush, and labneh and one chicken shawarma platter with fattoush salad, garlic paste, and pita chips. All of it was very tasty. The garlic Toum was particularly good, as was the fattoush salad. Each platter comes with two thin pitas (the best kind). The shawarma was a more stewed chicken with onions and tomatoes than the usual kind of dry shredded off the skewer but it was so flavorful! Maybe best not to get it on rice because the ice absorbs all the liquid. We also got a cilantro jalapeno hummus that had a tiny bit of a kick. Everything was good, and the people were very friendly. We will have to come back to try more things! Edit - We came back and tried the falafel and cumin/lime hummus. The falafel was great! I love when you can taste the coriander. It was nice and crispy on the outside while remaining moist on the inside. The cumin lime hummus was good but we preferred the cilantro jalapeno one we had last time. The chicken shawarma was still good!

10 months agoMy favorite Mediterranean and Lebanese restaurant, period. The owner, Joe, is such a laid-back and cool guy. Even seemingly simple things like rice, garlic spread, cauliflower, and chicken wings here are absolutely divine! The combo platter is where itโs at. My highest recommendation! Easy and free parking in the structure right behind it. Kid friendly here, too!

7 months agoThis review is based off of a take out experiment. I ordered their fish with hummus and rice. It was delicious, the hummus was on point and the fish was still pretty good even for take out. It was seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. The rice was good and really complimented the meal. Iโd definitely come back and order from them again. Iโd love to try their other menu items.

a year agoThe food flavor was good, the beef shawarma meat was very tender, the chicken was tender as well. The packaging is good and the food portion isnโt bad, but a bit pricey What I did not like was their concept and the way you build up your own order. If you are ordering for the first time, you will be confused and you will get your food in a wrong way!!! They donโt have restrooms or at least a place to wash your hands!!! Thatโs a minus
