5 months agoThe Dr.'s here are thorough and wonderful, when you can actually get ahold of them. I have been calling this office today 6/27/24, since 11am, it is now 4:26pm and they are going to close in 30 minutes. They have not picked up the phone once. It rings 5 times then goes to a full voicemail and hangs up on you. I know of no other way to get ahold of the Dr.'s or leave message for them, the steward app doesn't allow for that, I don't know of an e-mail that I could use. Why would any medical office not answer their own phone line or allow their patients to not be able to contact them? It seems callous and cruel.

5 months agoP.A assistant Nathan is so nice and very through. However the front desk staff Casandra should be fired. She has no sense of professionalism. Her attitude is horrible. Please replace her.

6 months agoDr Nathan Ribiero is so awesome! Very patient, and caring. Really wants to help, this is what. Dr should be! Trust me you will be in good hands with this man, and the office staff is absolutely the best. They are sooo good here

5 months agoTry to get a call through. And report what youโve been told to report Leave a message in the morning and never get a return call telling you what to do next. Now I have the entire weekend to worry Today I hear their phones have been down ( 7 days?) but tomorrow Iโm gonna be nearby and see for myself!
