We are currently renting from a property they are involved with. The owner of this property is selling the house and working with KW southwest in order to do so.
Throughout the process the multiple agents we have worked with have all told us that they were looking for investors only so we could continue renting once our lease expired. Of course that wasn't the case, imagine our surprise when a realtor comes into our home for a showing and the realtor states they are showing the home to new buyers that are moving in once our lease expires.
This company has been a nightmare to work with and they could care less about accommodating renters. We have worked with them and made ourselves available, and opened up our home to strangers for the numerous showings. Even sacrificed our holidays to allow them to work on the house.
They even set up an open house for back to back days as if we didn't still live at the property. Forced to stop our work day since me and my wife work from home to turn multiple people away asking to see the house since they set up an open house without our knowledge.
These are just a few of the problems we have dealt with over the course of the past 6 months. Not to mention the contractors that they hire to work on the house are unprofessional and do the absolute bare minimum to make the house presentable. They are constantly 20-30 minutes late for their appointment forcing us to move around any plans that we had made.
This is a terrible company that only cares about the bottom line, how much money they're going to make selling a property. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
I'm writing this review due to the poor service I've experienced from Keller Williams staff - Pinky Pirani. I've raised concerns regarding property 21711 Emerton in Cypress numerous times, using phone calls, emails, message requests, and video interview requests, yet I have received no response. Despite contacting them over 25 times and having a family member reach out as well, there was still no reply. I've been promised a call regarding submitting an application, but no one has followed through, and no one attended the scheduled interview on HAR. If I were the seller and knew my representation was handling things this way, I would be extremely frustrated. Customer service is important to me, and my experience has been disappointing. After waiting three weeks for an application and being told I would receive a callback, I felt it necessary to share my honest feedback about the service from Pinky Pirani and her team members at Keller Williams Realty Southwest. Please improve your service.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Keller Williams Realty Southwest, specifically with their agent Tonia Nicholas and her broker, Jana Hayes. I signed an agreement to list my property for rent with Tonia Nicholas. During our negotiations, she assured me in writing that I could terminate the agreement at any time without specific penalties. However, the termination document I later received included an undisclosed clause stipulating a 50% commission fee if the property is leased or sold before a specified date. This clause was never mentioned during our discussions and has caused significant financial strain as the property remains vacant.
Despite multiple requests, Keller Williams Realty Southwest has refused to return my property key unless I go to their office, which is a 30-minute drive away. As I have poor vision and cannot drive, this insistence is both unreasonable and costly. They offered to mail the key, but only through regular mail, which poses a risk of losing the key.
Moreover, Tonia Nicholas shared my personal phone number and address with another agent without my consent, resulting in unsolicited contact from the agent expressing interest in selling my house. This breach of privacy is highly concerning and unacceptable.
The actions of Tonia Nicholas and Jana Hayes seem aimed at preventing me from securing a new agent, causing further financial losses due to the extended vacancy. Their conduct in this matter appears to be both unethical and potentially illegal. I would not recommend Keller Williams Realty Southwest to anyone seeking reliable and ethical real estate services.
I am very biased because I work here. It is the best real estate brokerage in Sugar Land at which to work. As soon as you enter the office you are greeted by the Director of First Impressions who puts you at ease. The office takes up most of the third floor and consists of private offices, conference rooms and training rooms.
KW places much emphasis on educating agents in staying up-to-date on changes in the industry and compliance requirements for real estate transactions. As a result, KW agents are very well-trained to handle any type of residential real estate transaction.
Please take a moment to align your team of agents on how to accept electoral payments. I didnโt need to spend 2 hours to drop off a check when I could have wired the money. I asked multiple times if I can wire the money because I couldnโt register why companies are still using checks.
When I gave you feed back โexecutive assistant โ you got defensive and blamed the โproperty management companyโ. Take accountability and communicate to your team that electronic payments is an option.
A paper receipt out of a receipt book ?
Iโm not paying you $10 at a flea market.
Anyways I hope you make the necessary changes and take this feedback and implement it.
