This market sells expired products and refuses to return those expired products. Even though I discovered it after 5 minutes after purchase that he sold me expired product. Receipt is from today 03/08/2024 but sausages expired more than month ago on February 5th
I went back to the market 5 minutes after purchase. The owner of the store explained everything with his "Final Sales" policy and he canโt returned expired products.
This is a great place to shop for your event, we had an official event in Monterey and the owner went above and beyond to help us . He packed all our orders in very good packages and load them in our car. He made sure we receive the best quality items, every things were fresh and delicious. He gave us very good price and his customer service is the best. Thank you so much for everything.
Wonderful neighborhood market full of Persian, Indian, Arabic, Middle Eastern (and probably more) delights. The clerks were friendly and welcoming. I love exploring the cookie flavors - pistachio, cardamom, chickpea, rose water - perfect for a tea-time snack. The spice selection smells divine and inspires food fantasies. I bought a bag of frozen falafel balls for a great price. They even had a frozen kunefeh (sweet, melty cheese covered with crunchy noodly bits and drizzled with sweet syrup). It felt good supporting a local business. I'll definitely be back.
