2 years agoMost of the reviews that are 1 star or two are referring to the office staff, however if you have the opportunity to get an appointment with this doctor you will be very satisfied. Heโs wonderful thorough took lots of time answered all my questions and I recommend him. I would give more than five stars for his service If I could.

7 years agoThe Medical Staff is awesome, especially Jennifer and Brook. Very classy group and the Doctor (Abbas) is knowledgeable and respectful to his patients. I'm happy we found them for my folks.

10 years agoI accompanied my husband here to have his knee and shoulder checked, we even came 15mins early to do some New Patient paperwork. We ended up waiting for 1 and half hour! Then when he actually saw the doctor(can't remember his name), the doctor asked my husband if his MAs forgot about him and didn't even apologize for the wait.

8 years agoIt seems that Dr. Abbas will remove you from his files without notice. I called my pharmacy to get a refill on my blood pressure medication., and the pharmacy had the wrong amount. I called the doctors office and they said I had to prove the amount I was taking. Good thing I keep good records. So I had to take the prove into his office before anyone would call the pharmacy. Then I find out that he had referred me to a nurse practioner. I am 70 years old, and I want a enternist to take care of me. I had been seeing him for about 5 1/2 years. Too Bad!!! My huaband was so upset, that he found another doctor also. He won't put up with unprofessionalism. We found another doctor we like better anyway. So it all worked out for the best.

7 years agoPoor experience! Customer service was horrible. I ended up leaving because the scheduling person messed up my appointment. Instead of getting my annual physical from this office I went to Urgent Care to do the same thing. Someone should instruct those ladies in the office that when they take appointments they should look at the computer screen, but when they are talking to a live person they should look up from the computer screen.
