I go to this place most of the times, I bought lamb shoulder always, good quality but sometimes it had a lot of fat so when you buy the lamb shoulder weight 10 bound and after cleaning the fat and chopped up to small pieces net weight could be 8 bound. So that's why I prefer to buy whole lamb better to buy parts.

I have to book an appointment with them ti have some meet , he just told me come tomorrow Monday at my work time to buy some meet bc I have to book it n advance , I never go back again to this store ,
