11 months agoI visited this office to actually invite them to our upcoming real estate investor summit in 2024. The staff whom was identified to me by their broker, Cory, said the person that welcomed me with such rude and demeaning behavior was Alex. Very unprofessional representing the Engel & Volkers' brand and I hope they conduct training on proper customer service. After reviewing several of their one star ratings, I find the publishers' distasteful experience with this firm to be rather accurate. Don't list your property with this brokerage. Go somewhere else.

2 years agoI can't say enough good things about the experience I had working with Alexis Gamel as our realtor. We were selling our house after the market cooled down due to rising interest rates. We never would have been able to sell our home so quickly if it wasn't for Alexis's hard work. Our buyers requested a long list of repairs; however, they were not willing to move the closing date. The result was that we had to get a month or two worth of projects done in less than two weeks. Alexis was incredible. She is well connected in the construction and home repair world. I couldn't believe how fast she had people at the house and issues fixed. We never would have been able to meet the buyer's requests without Alexis!
