5 months agoMy boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Javier during our journey to purchase our first home. We were referred to him by our lender and we could not have been happier with the attention we received from him during the whole process. As first time buyers, we had no idea what to expect, but Javier took the time to meet us and in detail explain the home buying process to us. He broke down all the information we needed and wa also available at all times for any questions or concerns we had as time passed. Javier was flexible with us and made sure to work around our busy work/school schedule. He made himself available to show us any property we were interested in. We worked with him for about 2 months and he made sure to keep us in the loop at all times. He truly has amazing communication skills. To top it off, Javier was able to get us a huge price reduction on the home we purchased as well as a closing credit. We will recommend him to anyone we know interested in selling or buying and will definitely be using him once we are ready to upgrade to a bigger home.

6 months agoJavier represented the owner of the rental property we were in for the last 2.5 hrs. He was always responsive and willing to help. When we were able to buy a house, he helped with allowing us to shorten the lease time so that we could finally have a house of our own. Also, he went to bat for us when we first wanted to rent the property as there were many applicants and we desperately needed to find a place in a tough market. I would recommend Javier for anyone seeking a rental or a new home!!!
