There was a discrepancy in my rental payments. The accountant and owner spend a lot of time in helping resolve the issue to my satisfaction. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. In addition, Costello have been my property managers for over three years and have always been prompt in responding to any problems that occur in my home. I recommend them very highly.

do not rent from Costello Realty this is the worst company out there.. We should have read all the negative reviews before the lease was signed. They rent out property half the stuff does not work, and trying to get someone to come fix stuff forget it. John will not return calls or messages. You call the office and get passed around like a hot potato. The list of issues is so long loose faucets, electrical outlets not working, dryer not working, air vent not flush with the ceiling you can actually stick your hand between the gap is so big. we were told it was cleaned before move in and it wasn't. it was still food left behind from the previous tenants. Gate remote wasn't even for the condo it for for another unit, but it didn't open the gate to the property anyway. I will stop now, but trust me I have more. If I could give zero stars I would, but you gotta give at least 1 star to post the review. they don't even deserve 1 star. :(

Costello Realty is the worst company I ever had to deal with. If I could give 0, I would. Our a/c broke in the summer and it took them three weeks to have it fixed. After calling and complaining they gave us portable a/c, which took two weeks. Nothing was compensated! They charged us for items that where not even working when we moved in. Lorraine which I believe it the owner/manager is the worst, extremely rude! This company steals from you legally and there is no say!

They lie 🤥 bout when they gonna get stuff done they wouldn't except my payments online. Said I was evicted in court never was told that. Also got told I could sign another lease for year never got that copy. Had one holiday with holes in my kitchen for a leak from upstairs happened twice. Just rude when you call to ask questions

Costello is the best is Las Vegas!! I have been doing business with them for almost a decade and I can truly say they go above and beyond. Thanks again Costello Realty & Management.
