a year agoI was surprised to find in NYC such a good lawyer for a very reasonable fee. Many lawyers in NYC require your money before they have not even listen to your problem without knowing whether they would be able to help you. I was surprised to find John Kiritsis, a lawyer with an old school morality and loyalty. He saved me a lot of nerves and money. Lawyers like him are a rarity nowadays. a year agoI hired attorney John Kiritsis, to help me prepare a set of rent stabilization leases for 3 hours. As a new landlord, trying to navigate the maze of the large red tape of NYC' rent stabilization laws, I had a lot of questions. Even though I spent 6 hours asking him questions in person and on the phone, he only charged me for 3 hours as we initially agreed. He was very helpful in his answers, because he actually listened to my questions. I had a really positive experience in the services I received from this lawyer. I would strong recommend him to others.

2 years agoHe helped me, buy my first house, in Jamaica estates near Queens, NY. The property for sale was a single famly house, with a large garage entrance on the side. Mr. Kiritsis answered all my questions with empathy, and was able to dumb it down, so I can understand it. He was extremely helpful, during the toughest part of the closing procedure, which is obtaining financing. I can not forget, how much he helped me.
