After graduating from college, he worked in commercial real estate development and also acquired his Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (General Contractor). He later moved into residential real estate, working with buyers, sellers, and investors.The real estate journey can be complicated and stressful. Johnny’s goal is to make it seamless for his clients, while at the same time, meeting their objectives. He does not see himself as simply a real estate broker: to his clients, he is trusted advisor and partner. โAs my client, you are my priority. I am dedicated to doing whatever it takes to ensure a smooth process โ from the first showing to the closing table.โHaving lived and studied in the Middle East โ he graduated from the Lebanese American University and is fluent in Arabic – Johnny is accustomed to dealing with individuals from different countries and cultures. That said, he is empathetic to clients entering the fast-paced Boston-area marketplace and acts as a resource, offering assistance as needed to get them to where they want to be.In his free time, Johnny heads to the basketball court โ he competed at a high level while in school. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and regularly volunteers time and energy to support various local causes.
