TURNS DOWN OFFERS BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS BY THE SAME PERSON WHO FILLED THEM OUT ONLINE. GOOGLE HAS 10 LISTINGS FOR THE SAME PROPERTY YOU CAN FILL APPLICATIONS OUT ON. HE DOESNT EVER PICK UP THE PHONE! HE DOESNT EVER EMAIL BACK!! HE DOESNT EVER TXT BACK! THEN YOU TRY TO PAY HIM MORE $ JUST TO GET THE PROPERTY AND HE PLAYS GAMES SAYS HE DOESNT DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT.
